Every day, we are lucky enough to cook fresh produce, carefully selected from our local producers.
We also have our own kitchen garden, tended with passion by our gardeners, who bring us seasonal vegetables, herbs and flowers every morning. This closeness to nature allows us to offer authentic cuisine, where each plate tells a story of taste and local produce.
Our menus evolve according to the harvests and daily arrivals from our kitchen garden, guaranteeing dishes in harmony with nature. The fruit, vegetables and herbs are picked when ripe to bring out their full flavour.
This local and sustainable approach allows us to reduce our environmental impact while promoting the know-how of our producers.
